1. Delivery Destinations & Timelines
We deliver across all major cities and urban centers in Pakistan. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:
- Major Hubs (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi): 1–5 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Regions: 5–7 business days
Custom mattress dimensions or peak sale periods may require an additional 2–3 processing days. Our customer care team will notify you directly should this apply to your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Payment Methods
Any free delivery offers or threshold discounts are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For large mattress orders exceeding standard COD limits set by our logistics partners, a partial deposit or full prepaid transfer may be required before dispatch.
3. Packaging & Doorstep Delivery
All Diamond Supreme Foam spring and foam mattresses are wrapped in heavy-duty, multi-layer, weather-resistant packaging to keep them in showroom condition on arrival.
Delivery couriers bring your order to the ground floor or main entrance of your building or premises. Handling heavier mattresses up multi-floor stairwells or in elevators should be coordinated directly with the delivery staff at the time of arrival.
4. Transit Inspection & Damage Protocol
Given the hygienic nature of bedding products, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival:
- Inspect before signing: Check the outer packaging for tears, moisture, or structural damage before accepting delivery.
- Note any issues: If you notice outer damage, record it on the delivery receipt or courier slip.
- 48-hour claim window: If your mattress or pillows arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, take clear photos or video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
