Welcome to Diamond Supreme Foam. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

We take care to accurately describe and photograph every mattress, pillow, and accessory we sell. However, due to variations in display settings, slight differences in color or texture may occur. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we reserve the right to accept or decline — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. For custom-sized mattresses, cancellations are only accepted before production has commenced; once manufacturing begins, the order is considered final except where a defect is later confirmed under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to the limits set by our logistics partners. For high-value or custom orders, a partial deposit or full prepayment may be required prior to dispatch, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, including estimated delivery timelines, packaging standards, and the 48-hour transit damage claim window. Please refer to that policy for full details.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including hygiene-based conditions applicable to mattresses, pillows, and custom orders. Warranty coverage on eligible products is detailed on the physical warranty card included with your purchase and referenced in our Legal Notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including trademarks, logos, product imagery, descriptions, and website design — is the exclusive property of Diamond Supreme Foam and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other user's experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamond Supreme Foam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our products, including damages resulting from product misuse, inadequate bed frame support, or unauthorized alteration. Our total liability in any circumstance is capped at the original purchase price of the relevant item.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
