Diamond Supreme Foam Warranty Policy

Warranty:

Diamond Supreme Foam warrants that it will, at Diamond Supreme Foam’s option, replace or repair the purchaser’s product if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a duration specified on the accompanying warranty card.

Diamond Supreme Foam is not responsible for any other expenses including but not limited to transportation, installation or labor costs. Diamond Supreme Foam is not liable to any additional costs that exceed the price of the mattress.

 

Limitations of Warranty:

  This warranty covers:

  1. Structural failures, including broken, burst, or bent coils.
  2. Excessive sagging or deformation beyond normal wear and tear. (More than 1.5”)
  3. Foam splitting or cracking not resulting from misuse.
  4. Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the mattress cover.

   The warranty does not cover:

  1. Any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of instructions, including instructions to place mattress on proper bed frame.
  2. Defects resulting from physical damage, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains to the mattress structure or cover.
  3. Indentation / Sagging less than 1.5”.
  4. Personal preference regarding mattress comfort level.
  5. Damage caused by improper storage, including leaving the mattress compressed in its original packaging for extended periods (over 2-4 weeks).
  6. Damage resulting from using an unsuitable foundation that does not provide adequate support for the mattress.
  7. If the polyethylene packaging has not been removed, we will be unable to process the claim.

 

Depreciation Policy:

The value of the mattress decreases over time. Under our warranty policy, we determine the warranty claim value using a depreciation factor that takes into account the length of the warranty and the age of the mattress. The depreciation percentage is calculated with the following formula:

Depreciation Percentage = [(Number of Days Since Purchase) / (Warranty Period in Days)] * 100

For example, if your mattress is 1,140 days old and the warranty period is 4,050 days, the depreciation percentage would be (1,140 / 4,050) * 100.

Disclaimer: Depreciation is calculated from the date of purchase up to the date the voucher is issued.

 

How to Claim Your Warranty?:

  1. Make sure you have you signed warranty card / filled invoice. We may not process your warranty without these stamped and filled.
  2. Fill out all the details and submit your mattress pictures.
  3. Congrats, you claim is now in process.
  4. The claims team will contact you within 1-3 business days. Based on our policy and guidelines, they will give you a decision whether your mattress is claimable or not.
  5. If the team finds that your mattress is claimable, a claim voucher will be issued to you.
  6. Now, all you have to do is coordinate with the authorized dealer to schedule your mattress exchange!

Note: Be sure to have your warranty card / invoice and claim voucher to avoid any complications.
