Job Profile

  • Plan. execute. control and monitor OOH and BTL exposures. activities and executions of the various brands of the company according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Draft, manage. maintain and report budget proposals. actual cost variances, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary during the course of projects and on an ongoing basis.
  • Track. monitor and report project KPis. milestones and deliverables on targeted vs actual basis.
  • Be a team player and a team leader.
  • Develop and deliver reports. proposals, budgets and requirements documentation atter consultation with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Responsible for budget controls, trend analysis, market research and monitoring of complete BTL activities of the group.
  • Managing the internal communication between all departments (design, marketing. brand management. sales, finance. etc.) and regional offices.

Personal Profile

  • Proven working experience as BTL manager
  • Drive for results and leaderships skills
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
