HR at Diamond Group of Industries
HR department of Diamond group has both a centralized and decentralized structure. For every business there is a dedicated HR Business Partner, which looks after the business specific needs. Compensation and benefits function is centralized to maintain internal equity. Training & Development is also a centralized function to cater and consolidate T&D at the group level.
For fresh graduates we offer a separate scheme of hiring which incorporates a well-developed 6-month training program after which an employee gets confirmed for a permanent position. For experienced prospective candidates we offer a 3-month probation scheme.
We have developed our performance management system on SMART Objective setting starting from the business level, to the head of department and distributed at the team level. Annual performance appraisal is converted into annual financial review to determine increments and rewards. Line department and HR will support in fulfilling your training and development needs.
Employees can go through Job rotation, job enlargement, job enrichment, to gain multi skilling and fulfill their professional and personal aspirations.
We offer a open work space where employees can easily interact with each other. There are no barriers to meeting Head of departments. We offer flexible work timings and 2 long weekends Saturday and Sunday off per month. Certain positions can also work from home. An employee can check his/her status any time logging into the system.
